About Us

Red Ox Results, a S/WBE certified company, was founded on the belief that change is good and we have a healthy appreciation that change is hard – for everybody. It’s a challenge with few equals.

It requires commitment to a carefully crafted plan, determination in achieving a vision, and most importantly resiliency. Resiliency is the ability to overcome challenges of all kinds–trauma, tragedy, crises, fear and plain ‘ole’ life and work problems–and bounce back stronger, wiser, and more powerful. If people and companies are going to invest their scarce time, energy and resources to undergo a transformation, then craft the journey with an intentional goal of changing for good.

Why an Ox?

We get asked (a lot) about the name Red Ox Results. It’s really quite simple. Oxen have been used by farmers since 4000 BC to remove rocks and till fields, creating fertile soil to grow food for nations worldwide. They overcome difficult terrain, survive droughts, require little nutrition, are more sure-footed than horses, and smart enough to learn verbal commands. And while independently strong, they work best in teams often being paired for life. Combine that with our reputation for great results and a bit of red for good luck and prosperity, and there you have it.
